1. The base, columns, and workbench are all made of grade 00 Jinan green marble, with stable structure and reliable accuracy.
2. The XYZ three-axis adopts Taiwan, China precision linear guide rail, and is equipped with toothless friction transmission group to make the equipment accurate in positioning, without noise and vibration.
3. The grating ruler adopts domestically produced high-resolution profile ruler.
4. High quality optical system and high-resolution camera provide clear images, making measurements more accurate.
5. Simple 3D measurement can be achieved by adding probes and lasers.
6. Both the upper and lower light sources are made of LED, which has a long service life. Software assisted dimming is used to achieve precise measurement.
7. Driven by a Z-axis motor, precise focusing and height measurement can be easily achieved by clicking on the measurement software.
8. Specialized measurement software can be used to process surveying and mapping graphics, and measurement data and graphics can be directly converted to Excel, Word, and CAD to create reports.
9. The software interface is user-friendly and the functions are very powerful.
