Characteristics of domestically produced fully automatic protein imprinting system:

Incubation box: Adopting a ship shaped curved surface design, antibodies do not need to cover the entire PVDF membrane. Using a specific angle of the shaker, the entire membrane is incubated periodically, greatly reducing the amount of precious antibodies used. One time injection molding of the box body, smooth design of the inner corners of the box body, combined with hydrophobic materials to reduce antibody loss. Optimized curvature, integrated ship design, comprehensive hydrophobic process, increased recovery rate, saving 30-40% antibodies compared to traditional incubation boxes

Liquid exchange structure: Unlike the pipeline design of other traditional equipment, traditional laboratory pipettes are used to hold primary and secondary antibodies, avoiding cross contamination and dead volume. All liquids should be dumped, recycled, or discarded to avoid contamination and residue.
