HOW TO USE

1. Pre treat with extracellular matrix coating, inoculate cells into the chamber, adhere cells to the substrate, and begin overnight culture process.

2. After cell proliferation, select the stretching mode and start cycling stimulation.

3. Harvest/process cells according to experimental objectives and analyze data.
