Distillation kettle

Distillation kettle, involving a kettle used for distillation in chemical production. It is mainly designed to solve the problem of intermittent maintenance and cleaning of existing distillation kettles during the production process when the materials contain solid substances and high boiling point substances. It includes a distillation kettle shell, with an upper head above the distillation kettle shell, a gas outlet on the upper head, a demister below the upper head, a storage room below the demister, a feed inlet on the upper part of the storage room, an indoor evaporator, a solid and high boiling point settling chamber at the lower part of the distillation kettle, a stirrer in the settling chamber, the stirrer shaft connected to an external motor through a shaft seal, and a solid and high boiling point discharge outlet at the bottom of the distillation kettle. The advantage is that solid and high boiling point substances can be discharged at any time without the need for intermittent maintenance and cleaning, ensuring continuous production.
