SW-2 portable digital display surface thermometer, which is a portable digital instrument with K-type thermocouple as the primary sensing element. It consists of two parts: SW-2 digital display instrument and WRNM series thermocouple probe;
The WRNM series K-type thermocouples are compatible with the SW-2 digital display instrument. By replacing thermocouples of various shapes, they can quickly, accurately, and stably measure static surfaces, surfaces of moving or rotating bodies, liquids, air temperature, and internal temperatures of other media. Users can choose suitable thermocouples based on the measured medium. The WRNM series thermocouple probes are now introduced as follows:
1： WRNM-201 type straight handle roller surface thermocouple: capable of non-stop measurement of surface temperature of rubber mixing machine, rolling mill roller, corrugated paper machine roller and moving and rotating objects
2： WRNM-206 injection thermocouple: measures the temperature of rubber materials, tapes, rubber plates, tires, and insertable internal objects.
3： WRNM-102 Pipe Type Surface Thermocouple: measures the solid surface temperature of vulcanizing machine plates, hot press machine plates, mold surfaces, and various heating elements.
4： WRNM-202 straight handle surface thermocouple: suitable for static solid surface measurement. For example: molds, glassware, molds; The surface temperature of various hot bodies such as bearings, motors, pipeline outer walls, boiler outer walls, machine tools, aluminum ingots, welding, etc.
5： WRNM-205 thin film thermocouple: suitable for temperature measurement at various mechanical equipment and other narrow slits. The WRNM-205 shaped thin sheet has a length of 45mm, a thickness of over 1MM, and a width of 10MM.
6： WRNM-104 rod type thermocouple: suitable for liquid and gas measurement. For example: temperature measurement of water, oil, small holes, powders, flames, aluminum water, etc. The WRNM-104 thermocouple has a diameter of 3MM and an even length of 200MM. It can be extended according to user requirements, but the price will be charged separately.
7： WRNM-104 rod type high-temperature thermocouple: In rod form, it can measure high temperatures of glass liquid, aluminum water, quenching liquid, copper liquid, and various alloy melts. WRNM-104 thermocouple, with a length of 400mm and a diameter of 6MM. The thermocouple can be extended according to user needs, but the price will be charged separately
8： WRNM-301 fixed thermocouple: This thermocouple can be fixed in the object being measured. Suitable for temperature measurement in heating solids, molds, barrels, and various other heating elements.
