5、 Installation and usage instructions:
Install the U-shaped pressure gauge vertically on the equipment. Users can purchase a 6.5mm copper tube and weld it to the copper tube at the top of the vacuum gauge, and weld the other end to the vacuum valve. Please pay attention to the following precautions when welding:
1. The temperature should not be too high to prevent deformation of the copper joint and affect the sealing performance.
2. Copper pipes must be cleaned if possible, and cannot be cleaned with oil.
3. Welding quality assurance requires welding two layers and absolutely no air leakage.
4. Be careful when disassembling the "O" ring, and pay attention to balancing during installation.
When vacuuming, the vacuum valve must be tightly closed, and the vacuum valve should be slowly opened after the vacuum pump is running to prevent the mercury in the vacuum from being extracted and unusable. When stopping the machine, the vacuum valve should also be closed first to prevent strong atmospheric pressure from entering the vacuum gauge glass tube and shattering it.
There is an aluminum scale plate installed behind the glass tube of the vacuum gauge. There are two screws in the middle of the scale plate that have been adjusted to the "0" position before leaving the factory, and users do not need to adjust them again. Mercury, the medium inside the glass tube, is prone to leakage. When assembling and disassembling, the vacuum gauge should be installed and disassembled vertically hand in hand. If the "0" ring is found to be loose or damaged, it should be replaced with a new "0" ring in a timely manner.
