The Dicome 2516 RTU controller is an integrated intelligent control terminal developed by Beijing Ankang Oil and Gas Technology Co., Ltd. based on years of experience in oil and gas field control system development. It integrates a 32-bit high-performance processor and adaptive pumping unit control algorithm, supports millisecond level data acquisition, remote parameter configuration, and real-time working condition diagnosis, has rich IO and communication interfaces, and is equipped with a WEB visualization platform to achieve full lifecycle management of oil well equipment. The product adopts industrial grade integrated design, with excellent temperature and ECM performance, and can adapt to harsh outdoor working environments.

1.1 Controller Features

Adopting a 32-bit high-performance Cortex A5 processor, equipped with 256MB SDRAM and 1GB Flash memory, it has powerful data processing capabilities;

Integrated design, high integration, providing rich IO interfaces and communication interfaces, and supporting IO interface expansion;

The communication interface supports communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/ASCII/TCP/MQTT, and has communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, Ethernet, etc;

Built in TTS voice module, able to customize voice output content and achieve voice broadcasting function;

Working temperature -45~+80 ℃, working humidity 5-95% RH, suitable for various harsh environments;

Through CE certification, achieve EMC electromagnetic compatibility level 4 standard;

Built in oil well power chart production calculation, working condition diagnosis, and intermittent control algorithm to assist in efficient and intelligent production of oil wells;
