Overview

The mechanism of membrane type acoustic cleaning device for dust accumulation: The energy carried by the working medium is converted into high-intensity sound waves by an energy conversion mechanism (acoustic generator), which are fed into various possible dust accumulation areas inside the boiler through sound pipes. The sound waves continuously reflect and refract inside the furnace to form a balanced energy field; By the action of sound wave energy, the air molecules and dust particles in these areas oscillate, disrupting and preventing the binding of dust particles on the heat exchange surface or between particles, keeping them in a suspended fluidized state and being discharged with smoke or gravity.

1. Working power supply and cable for solenoid valve (power supply: AC220V, 50Hz, cable: 3 * 1.5m ²)

2. Air source (the diameter of the pipeline from the outlet of the gas storage tank to the installation point of the ash cleaner should not be less than DN50, and the pressure of the air source should be greater than 0.6MPa).

3. Installation accessories (solenoid valves, filters, pressure regulating valves, internal connectors, metal hoses, etc.) are generally provided by the equipment supplier along with the goods. The length of the branch pipeline leading from the main pipeline to each acoustic cleaning device shall not exceed 2 meters.

If necessary, please build a maintenance platform.

Before installing the acoustic cleaner, the on-site equipment should be inspected to ensure that the installation flange sleeve opening position of the acoustic cleaner is not on the reinforcing ribs or main load-bearing steel structure of the equipment, so as not to seriously affect the supporting structure of the equipment. If there is insulation material at the installation point of the dust collector on the equipment, the insulation material at this location should be removed first. Before starting the installation, confirm that the equipment has been shut down and the temperature has dropped to a safe ambient temperature. The materials inside the equipment at the installation point should be emptied.

The basic frequency of the sound waves generated by the SY15-25 acoustic cleaning device is 150Hz, and the sound pressure level measured at one meter from the outlet of the sound duct is 150dB. 25 indicates that the diameter of the large opening of the sound duct is about 250mm. This model of acoustic cleaning device adopts a more reasonable curved sound duct and also uses an external installation method, suitable for small space acoustic cleaning. A larger diameter installation sleeve is used, and all installation work can be directly carried out outside the reactor.
