Overview
Low speed centrifuge refers to a centrifuge with a speed of less than 10000 revolutions per minute, which can be widely used in clinical medicine, biochemistry, immunology, blood stations and other fields. It is a conventional instrument used for centrifugal precipitation in laboratories. Low speed centrifuge separation technology is a new technology developed based on the state of particles in a practical centrifuge application. Particles of different densities, sizes, or shapes settle in centrifugal environments at different speeds, resulting in a roughly spherical heterogeneous mixture that can be separated by centrifugation. 1. Equipped with a microcontroller from Infineon and a driver module from Infineon, combined with a self-developed control board and a large torque brushless DC motor, it operates stably with low noise and provides a comfortable laboratory environment.
2. It has multiple warning functions such as overspeed, overtemperature, imbalance, undervoltage, overvoltage, etc., three-level damping and shock absorption, and a special combination of shock absorption devices to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the motor, prevent sample re suspension, and achieve excellent centrifugal effect.
3. TFT-LCD true color display screen, dual operation mode of touch screen buttons and physical buttons, equipped with a dedicated button for centrifugal force display, displaying both set and operating parameters. Parameters can be changed at any time during operation without stopping the machine. The operation interface is intuitive, simple, and convenient to use; The operation menu can be provided in multiple languages (Chinese, English, Russian, Portuguese).
4. The biosafety airtight angle rotor adopts a silicone rubber integral sealing ring (EU RoHS 2015/863), which can prevent aerosol leakage and fully ensure the safety of staff and laboratory environment.
5. The rear austenitic 304 stainless steel centrifugal chamber is equipped with a full steel spray coating shell, an integrated stamped steel front face, and a three-layer steel protective cover and other security devices, which are both sturdy and durable, and ensure the safety of staff and laboratory use.
