DeltaCal high-altitude environment atmospheric flow/temperature/pressure calibrator deltaCal Air Flow Calibrator product introduction: BGI's deltaCal is a calibration/verification device for measuring volumetric flow rate. The calibrator directly provides information such as volumetric flow rate, atmospheric pressure, ambient temperature, and filter temperature inside the sampler. Its development is aimed at meeting the calibration requirements of U.S. EPA PM2.5 samplers and various PM10 derived sampling heads, with a range of 10-60 Lpm available for selection in Europe. BGI's tetraCal and deltaCa calibrators, two precision calibrators, meet the long-standing demand for sampling and flow confirmation calibration. They are suitable for BGI's complete PQ series samplers and various sampling equipment from other manufacturers with flow rates ranging from 0.1 to 30LPM. DeltaCal is also a device designed by EPA to meet the same temperature standards for field inspection/calibration, with a temperature range of -30 ℃ to 55 ℃. It has been certified by NIST trace calibration and BGI has passed ISO 9001 quality certification. The heart of DeltaCal is a Venturi tube, which has the advantage of not having very sharp edges that can cause a 90% drop in detection pressure compared to flow restriction holes. This is particularly important in calibrating some samplers and other standard flow restriction control devices. Application scope: Calibrate/test PM2.5 and PM10 samplers using EPA standards. Suitable for all samplers in the range of 1.5 to 19.5 Lpm, 10 to 60 Lpm, 0.8 to 5.5 Lpm. Suitable for both field and laboratory use. Calibrate PM10 samplers in the European standard of 38.4 Lpm using DC100. Calibrate DICOT samplers in the range of 50 Lpm. Technical features of DICOT samplers: 1. One switch (off/on).
