SGFseriesThe dual tube filter consists of a directional valve, a pressure balance valve, a bypass valve, a pollution blockage transmitter, and two filter cartridges, which can replace the filter element without shutting down the system. This filter can be installed on the high-pressure pipeline in front of the control element or actuator to protect the control element and actuator. Specially suitable for the protection of high-precision servo components and plunger components in automatic control systems, it can effectively control pollution and extend the service life of components. During work, one filter cartridge is filled with oil, while the other filter cartridge is not filled with oil for backup. When the filter element of the working filter cartridge is blocked to the pressure indication value of 0.5MPa on the differential pressure transmitter, the transmitter will send a signal. At this time, the pressure balance valve should be opened in a timely manner, and the reversing valve should be turned to activate the spare filter cartridge (the pressure balance valve should be closed after the reversing valve is turned to the appropriate position). Simply unscrew the screw plug to drain the oil from the clogged filter cartridge, then unscrew the cylinder to replace the clogged filter element. If the reversing valve cannot be switched to activate the backup filter cartridge in a timely manner due to some reasons, resulting in a continuous increase in pressure difference to the opening pressure of the bypass valve of 0.6 MPa, the bypass valve will automatically open to avoid further pollution caused by the rupture of the filter element due to the continued increase in pressure. But at this time, unfiltered oil poses a great threat to system safety, and it is advisable to avoid opening the bypass valve as much as possible.
