Measuring principle:The measurement is carried out using the principle of laser scanning, as shown in the figure on the right. The laser generated by the laser generator is irradiated onto a high-speed rotating prism driven by a motor, and a standard scanning parallel beam is formed in the test interval through the emitting lens groupThe shadow formed by the obstruction of the light beam by the measured object in the test interval will create a step in the signal at the photoelectric collection end. The width and position of the step determine the diameter of the measured object and its position in the test interval.
