Dantsin FEINMESS ball diameter measuring instrument is suitable for quality inspection of production and use units such as steel balls and ceramic balls. It is also applicable to the metrological calibration of ball and spherical standard plug gauges by metrological verification institutions. The use of Heidenhain high-precision grating sensors and unique measurement auxiliary devices ensures the high precision and good stability of the instrument. The instrument is controlled by a computer and combined with professional measurement software to make testing more convenient and efficient.

Main Features：
◆ Stable design structure: using marble structure while reducing mechanical connection links to ensure overall stability of the instrument
◆Standard ball position fixing device: The standard ball is fixed at the precision shaft end to ensure that it is in the same position every time it is calibrated
◆Contact tip: Ensure sufficient contact when calibrating the standard ball
◆Ball bearing device: maintains the stability of the ball during the measurement process, with different specifications depending on the ball diameter.
◆Rotating nut: By rotating the nut, the ball is driven to rotate, avoiding unstable force when the measured ball is rotated by other means during the measurement process
◆Computer control: The measurement process is controlled by a computer and the measurement data is recorded through dedicated software
