Dantsin FEINMESS gauge block inspection instrument is a high-precision gauge block inspection instrument that combines absolute measurement and comparative measurement to perform batch testing of gauge blocks. The instrument adopts a Heidenhain wide range measurement sensor from Germany, which can use absolute measurement within any 25mm range throughout the entire process. When using comparative measurement throughout 200mm, only 8 reference standard measuring blocks are needed to cover all sizes of the tested measuring blocks, effectively saving detection costs and time. The design principle of the instrument conforms to the ergonomic structure. The automatic control of the measurement process ensures the repeatability and accuracy of the measurement, reducing the degree of reproducibility error.
