PVG32 valve group with open core PVP (quantitative pump), PVB with flow control spool
When the pump is started, the main valve cores of each working module (11) are in the neutral position, and hydraulic oil flows out of the pump, passes through the oil port P and the pressure regulating valve core (6), and returns to the oil tank. The flow rate of hydraulic oil through the pressure regulating valve core determines the pump pressure (to be pressurized). When one or more main valve cores are activated, the highest load pressure is fed back to the spring chamber behind the pressure regulating valve core (6) through the shuttle valve circuit (10), and the return oil port is partially closed. The pump pressure is applied to the right-hand side of the pressure regulating valve core (6). Once the load pressure exceeds the set value, the relief valve will open, allowing a portion of the pump flow to return directly to the oil tank. In a working module with pressure compensation, whether the load changes or the module with higher load pressure is driven, the pressure compensator (14) can maintain the pressure drop of the main valve core unchanged. In a working module without pressure compensation, a one-way valve (18) is integrated into the P channel to prevent hydraulic oil from flowing back. In the case where the working module has a balance valve externally, the P channel may not have a one-way valve. The buffer valve PVLP (13) (with a fixed set value) and the oil replenishment valve (17) at ports A/B are used to protect various working components in the event of overload and/or cavitation. The A/B ports of the working module with pressure compensation can be equipped with an adjustable LS pressure limiting valve (12) to limit the pressure of each working oil circuit. Please refer to section PVG 32 on page 8 for a better understanding of this example.
