The DZL (H) series steam and hot water coal-fired boiler is a single drum longitudinal horizontal flue gas three return water fire tube shell boiler, which adopts the latest technological achievements, no tension support, low stress arch tube plate, and high-efficiency energy-saving furnace arch. Independent air supply from the air chamber, uniform horizontally and reasonable vertically. There are light tube water-cooled walls installed on both sides of the furnace, and the two wing flue is a convective heating surface. The drum adopts a unique threaded smoke pipe, which enhances the heat transfer effect, improves the heat transfer efficiency by more than 30%, and has the function of self dust removal in the furnace. The lower part of the boiler is a coal-fired equipment, using a lightweight chain grate, equipped with a coal feeder, a slag discharge machine, and an advanced operation control system. It realizes mechanized coal feeding, combustion, slag discharge, and automatic control of water supply, and has functions such as automatic alarm and interlock protection for abnormal working conditions.
