DX series pressure spray drying granulator

Spray dryer is a machine that uses hot air continuous drying device to instantly dry slurry into powder. Using pressure type nozzles or special two fluid and three fluid nozzles to pelletize the slurry, and applying continuous hot air when its surface area increases to instantly dry it upon contact with the hot air. Therefore, spray granulation technology has no deterioration for heat sensitive materials. It can eliminate the need for concentration, filtration, crushing, grading, powder metallurgy, and precision ceramics to produce high-density and consistent products.
