Japanese CEDAR torque testerIt provides an integrated torque LCD display instrument for convenient torque reading. The unit is designed for the verification and measurement of tightening torque for screws, with maximum, real-time, minimum values, and continuous output measurement mode (optional).
They have an accuracy of ± 0.5% FS, ± 1 LSD, and programmable set points with beeping sounds and green/red LED indicator lights for uniform tightening or GO/NO GO testing. In addition, their feature is a programmable counter that minimizes assembly errors by identifying incorrectly tightened and/or defective screws and a ratchet for easy tightening or loosening. Use 800 internal memory to call virtual COM ports or USB to download SPC data.
Digital torque screwdrivers can significantly reduce waste and rework costs by eliminating and tightening, making them ideal for use in various industries including electronics, home appliance manufacturing, and aerospace components.
