1、 Overview
This testing machine is a specialized testing instrument used to test the reaction of building materials or products (excluding flooring materials) to fire in individual combustion tests, in order to determine their physical properties. This testing machine strictly meets the requirements of the national standard for testing conditions, follows strict testing procedures (methods), and uses a large number of precision measuring components to participate in the evaluation of system testing parameters. After testing with a testing machine, the combustion performance (grade) of the sample can be determined, including quantitative (qualitative) testing parameters: sample combustion heat release rate, whether flame lateral propagation occurs, calculation of total smoke production of the sample (smoke production performance), and whether there are droplets and particulate matter produced during sample combustion. VIIntroduction to System Composition and Functional Characteristics:
Introduction to device composition:
The DT-1 building materials and products single unit combustion test device includes: control system, combustion chamber, specimen installation trolley, burner, flue and exhaust system, analysis and measurement system, and dust removal device, as shown in the figure. Experimental principle: Fix the long and short wing test pieces (building materials) in an L-shape on the trolley, push the trolley into the combustion chamber, start the fan and adjust the volume flow rate of the exhaust pipe to the specified range through the frequency converter, ignite the auxiliary burner far away from the test piece, determine the heat release of the burner itself, close the auxiliary burner, and ignite the main burner with the same mass flow rate of gas. After a 20 minute test, calculate and evaluate the heat release, smoke production, lateral flame propagation, and combustion droplets and particles of the building materials.

Introduction to the components and characteristics of the device:
1. Combustion chamber: Our company produces equipment with two types of combustion chamber structures, which users can freely choose from. One is a brick concrete structure, and the other is a steel plate frame structure. The advantages of a brick concrete combustion chamber are safety, durability, good insulation effect, and a neat and beautiful appearance. The disadvantages are that it is difficult to manufacture and disassemble; The advantage of the combustion chamber with a steel plate frame structure is that it is easy to disassemble and assemble, but the disadvantage is that it is not sturdy and durable enough. Long term combustion tests may cause thermal deformation, poor sealing, and the wall steel plate may oxidize and discolor due to high temperatures, resulting in a short service life. If the user does not consider relocating the laboratory, our company recommends that the user choose a brick concrete structure combustion chamber.
