The DSP-TL1600-1400 dual temperature zone tube furnace uses silicon molybdenum rods and silicon carbon rods as heating elements, with two heating zones. 1、 Product Introduction


DSP-TL1600-1400 Dual Temperature Zone Tube FurnaceUsing silicon molybdenum rods and silicon carbon rods as heating elements, there are two heating zones with a double-layer shell structure and an electronic control temperature instrument. Each heating zone can perform 30 stages of programmed temperature control, phase-shifting triggering, and controllable silicon control. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and stainless steel flanges are installed at both ends of the furnace tube. The stainless steel flange is equipped with air nozzles, valves, and pressure gauges. When vacuuming, the vacuum degree can reach 10-3Pa, The furnace is horizontal, with two temperature zones that can be independently controlled and set at different temperatures. It is easy to use and operate. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and energy saving. 2、 Product advantages and features

Software control system: The furnace is equipped with communication interfaces and software, which can directly control various parameters of the furnace through a computer, and observe the PV and SV temperature values and instrument operation on the furnace from the computer. The actual heating curve of the furnace will be drawn in real time by the computer, and the temperature data at each moment can be saved and retrieved at any time. (Optional

Open lid protection system: The furnace is equipped with a travel switch, which automatically cuts off the power when the furnace lid is opened, effectively ensuring the safety of the user.

Sealing system: The furnace tube and flange are sealed by double-layer silicone O-ring extrusion, which is easy to remove and can be repeatedly removed. It has good air tightness and can ensure that the pressure gauge pointer does not deflect for 12 hours.

Vacuum system (optional): can be equipped with TW-1.5A vacuum pump and capable of pumping up to 10-1Pa vacuum pump or capable of pumping up to 10-4Pa imported molecular pump from Germany.

Furnace material:The furnace is made of high-quality alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which does not shed powder, has good insulation performance, high reflectivity, balanced temperature field, and strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction.

Heating element: silicon carbon rod, silicon molybdenum rod.

Leakage protection function: The furnace is equipped with a leakage air switch, which automatically cuts off power when the furnace body leaks electricity to ensure safety during use.

Gas supply system (optional): The furnace is equipped with a float flowmeter, and customers can control the gas flow rate through the float flowmeter or proton flowmeter (please refer to the options for details).

Flange: Adopting double ring sealing technology, it effectively improves the atmosphere of the flange. The flange is equipped with various joints, which can be connected to a resistance vacuum gauge and KF25 corrugated pipe

And it can be made into a hinged design that is easy to remove.

Flange bracket: The flange is supported by a flange bracket, effectively eliminating the stress caused by the flange bracket on the corundum pipe and extending the service life of the corundum pipe.

TW-1.5A 2XZ-2 VS-0.1 Vacuum System VS High Vacuum System

1. Generally, TW-1.5A can be used for rough vacuuming and expelling the gas from the furnace tube

2. The 2XZ-2 vacuum pump can pump the vacuum degree of the tube furnace tube to around 10Pa
