1、 Overview
The dual planetary power hybrid is an efficient new model that combines the principles of traditional dual planetary mixers and high-speed dispersers, and is currently widely used in the field of new energy.
Our company has developed an enhanced power mixer with high speed and greater torque based on the original Star power mixer, targeting the characteristics of lithium batteries and capacitor slurries. It is suitable for preparing lithium positive and negative electrode slurries using dry and wet mixing processes. In the design process, our company fully considered the reasonable speed, mixing power, dispersion linear speed and reasonable Fried Dough Twists paddle shape of the agitator to reduce the resistance of high viscous materials and the distribution of turbulence intensity in the barrel, and designed a more efficient and stable dual planet power mixer. The enhanced Fried Dough Twists paddle can handle high viscosity slurry. The mixing feature of the power mixer is that the Fried Dough Twists paddle rotates clockwise and counterclockwise, and the high-speed dispersion rotation is counterclockwise. Its speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion, which makes the slurry do complex movement and subject to strong shearing, kneading and dispersion, so as to achieve efficient mixing without dead corners and without "climbing" phenomenon. At the same time, in terms of sealing, three sets of mechanical seals combined with soft and static seals ensure reliable sealing performance; In terms of temperature control of the slurry, a unique temperature measurement technology is adopted, where the planetary box and temperature measuring rod rotate together, and Pt100 sensors are used to directly contact the material, making the measurement more accurate, responsive, and precise (with an error of only ± 1.0 ℃).
This machine consists of a base, crossbeam, column, sealing cover, material cylinder, transmission and electronic control system, and other structures.

4、 Bucket body
The inner liner and bottom of the barrel are processed by vertical lathe, and the inner and outer liners are polished to a mirror Ra0.025 by an automatic polishing machine. The guide plate of the barrel is processed by a lathe and seamlessly matched with the jacket plate. The barrel wall and bottom are equipped with a cooling water circulation system. The cooling water inlet and outlet are DN15 with 2 sets of quick connectors, the barrel bottom is equipped with a jacket and guide strip, the discharge outlet is DN20 ball valve, and the barrel body is equipped with a handle.
