The DL2030 cyanide automatic online analyzer combines advanced sequential injection technology with photometric technology to detect the concentration of cyanide in water. This instrument can achieve real-time, rapid, and accurate analysis of cyanide content in water, comprehensively reflecting the degree of cyanide pollution in the water.

working principle

The DL2030 cyanide online analyzer uses isoniazid barbituric acid spectrophotometry combined with sequential injection technology to determine cyanide in water quality. Under weakly acidic conditions, cyanide in water samples reacts with cyanamide T to form cyanide chloride, which then reacts with isonicotinic acid to hydrolyze into pentenal. Finally, it reacts with barbituric acid to form a purple blue compound. This complex absorbs light at a specific wavelength within a certain concentration range, and its color is proportional to the mass concentration of cyanide. Calculate the concentration of cyanide in the water sample through comparative analysis.
