The DL2017 fluoride ion automatic online analyzer uses fluoride ion electrodes to achieve fluoride online analysis. This instrument can achieve real-time, rapid, and accurate analysis of fluoride ion content in water, comprehensively reflecting the pollution status of fluoride in water.
Working principle
The fluoride ion online analyzer uses fluoride ion electrodes for measurement. The fluoride ion selective electrode is a potentiometric indicator electrode for the sensitive membrane of lanthanum fluoride single crystal, which has good selectivity for fluoride ions in solution. The conduction process of ions in crystals is carried out through lattice defects. Conductive ions near defect holes can move into the holes

Due to the absence of ion exchange on the surface of the crystal membrane, the electrode does not need to be immersed and activated before use. The generation of its potential is only due to the diffusion of the tested ions in the solution into the defect holes in the membrane phase, and the ions on the lattice defects in the membrane phase can also enter the solution phase. Therefore, a double layer structure is established at the interface between the two, resulting in the formation of membrane potential on both sides of the sensitive membrane.
