The instrument uses advanced sequential sampling technology and spectrophotometry technology to detect the concentration of orthophosphate in water. The instrument can realize real-time, rapid and accurate analysis of orthophosphate content in water quality, and is suitable for on-site online rapid analysis of orthophosphate content in Rivers and Lakes, tap water, discharged wastewater, and high concentration sewage.

Working principle

The orthophosphate online analyzer uses molybdenum antimony anti spectrophotometric method for determination. Under certain acidity conditions, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate and potassium antimony tartrate to form phosphomolybdic acid, which is then reduced by a reducing agent to form a complex and cause a change in the color of the solution. Within a certain concentration range, its absorbance is directly proportional to the concentration of orthophosphate ions, which means that the content of orthophosphate in water samples can be determined by spectrophotometry.
