The DL2005 hexavalent chromium automatic online analyzer combines advanced flow injection technology with spectrophotometry to detect the concentration of un acidified hexavalent chromium in water. This instrument can achieve real-time, rapid, and accurate analysis of hexavalent chromium content in water quality, which reflects the degree of heavy metal chromium pollution in the water. It can be used for online rapid monitoring of hexavalent chromium at pollution source discharge outlets, especially at discharge outlets of sewage treatment facilities in key industries such as electroplating, mining, electronics, batteries, smelting, steel, and online monitoring of hexavalent chromium in Rivers and Lakes, waterworks, and drinking water sources.
Working principle
The computer automatically controls the collection of water samples, reaction measurement, data processing, and data transmission, and quickly and continuously completes the entire process of analyzing hexavalent chromium in wastewater. The instrument uses the diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometric method to determine hexavalent chromium in water. The peristaltic pump switches the reagent and water sample through eight position sequential valves and transports them to the colorimetric cell. After static mixing, the water sample reacts with diphenylcarbazide at a certain acidity, and the generated complex will change the color of the solution. The photoelectric colorimetric device measures and records the change in the intensity of the transmitted light after the reaction complex absorbs specific wavelength light in the colorimetric cell, and obtains the response value with corresponding peak height. The content of hexavalent chromium in the water sample is calculated by comparison. The flow injection system is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) to achieve automatic analysis and obtain more accurate detection results.
