DL2003 type ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) The automatic online analyzer is an ammonia nitrogen automatic monitoring instrument developed by Jiangsu Delin Environmental Protection Instrument Co., Ltd. with completely independent intellectual property rights. It can automatically monitor ammonia nitrogen in various water bodies for a long time without human supervision.

The instrument uses advanced sequential injection analysis technology (SIA for short) and salicylic acid spectrophotometry, advanced optical, mechanical and electrical cutting-edge technologies, and is based on a number of self-developed technologies to directly measure tap water, Rivers and Lakes water, industrial sewage, etc. It can be widely used in water environment automatic monitoring stations, sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, sewage monitoring points, regional water boundary points, water quality analysis rooms, and environmental regulatory agencies at all levels to monitor the water environment.

Basic principles

The instrument uses the salicylic acid hypochlorite photometric method to determine ammonia nitrogen in water. In the presence of potassium sodium ferrocyanide, ammonium reacts with salicylate and hypochlorite ions to form a blue compound with maximum absorption at a wavelength of 697nm. The generated complex will cause a change in the color of the solution. The photoelectric colorimetric device measures and records the change in the intensity of the transmitted light after the reaction complex absorbs specific wavelengths of light in the colorimetric cell. The response value with the corresponding peak height is obtained, and the content of ammonia nitrogen in the water sample is calculated by comparison.
