    Scope of application:
    Suitable for measuring the vertical combustion non spreading performance of single plastic wires, control wires, cross-linking, elevator, marine, mining cables, etc. Vertical combustion tests can also be conducted on high self extinguishing low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin insulation materials and 105 ℃ low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant olefin irradiated insulation materials. The DJC-1 type single wire and cable vertical combustion testing machine is a device used for conducting fire resistance tests on single wires and cables. It has the advantages of high accuracy, automatic timing, automatic end of the test, and easy operation.
    Purpose of vertical combustion test for single wire and cable:
    When wire and cable products are short circuited or exposed to fire, insulation or sheath may burn. In many places where fire is strictly prevented (coal mines, ships, subways, shopping malls and other public places), it is required that in case of burning, the flame should not spread, but extinguish itself in a certain time and length, which is called non flammability. In some cases, products that do not have this function can cause serious personal injury and property damage. Therefore, in the production process, products that require non flame retardant properties generally use polyvinyl chloride, chloroprene rubber, and butylamine polyvinyl chloride composites as insulation and sheath materials. When these materials are burned, chlorine gas is released to play a flame retardant role. Sometimes, in order to enhance the flame retardant effect, a certain flame retardant is also added. Evaluate the performance of products such as cables and optical cables through combustion tests under flame conditions.

    The DJC-1 type single wire and cable vertical combustion test machine has the advantages of automatic ignition and shutdown of the test flame, automatic timing, automatic end of the test, high accuracy, and easy operation. This equipment consists of a control box, combustion box, propane combustion lamp, solenoid valve, high-pressure igniter, gas pipe, pressure regulating valve, gas flow meter (one for propane and one for air), and signal control line.
