DH603-G4 diffusion hydrogen analyzerEquipped with a fast heating infrared furnace and used for sample heating in a quartz tube with a diameter of up to 30 mm, to achieve analysis of large samples. The sample undergoes high-temperature thermal extraction of H in inert gas to generate H2The diffusion hydrogen content and desorption rate were measured by a high-sensitivity detector. The fully automatic gas calibration system can be calibrated with pure hydrogen or pure helium gas. For the detection of ultra-low diffusion hydrogen in high-strength steel, it complies with domestic and foreign standards such as ISO 3690, AWS A4.3, GB/T 3965-2012.
