There are various systems of purified water equipment used in industrial production, which can work together to remove various harmful substances from raw water and ensure that the water quality of the equipment meets the standards. Composition of purified water equipment for industrial production:
1. Raw water pump: It provides raw water pressure for the raw water pretreatment system. If the raw water has pressure, this equipment can be completely avoided. Generally, it is required that the raw water pressure be greater than or equal to 0.3MPa
2. Raw water tank: It has a simpler function and is used to store raw water. This is because we are afraid that if the raw water cannot be supplied as a transfer (usually adding a float switch is more automated for the entire system).
3. Quartz sand filter: uses quartz sand filter material to remove suspended solids, sediment, impurities, and other larger particles in the raw water, reducing the turbidity of the water. Moreover, it can effectively remove a large amount of organic matter, bacteria, viruses, etc. from the water as the turbidity decreases, creating favorable conditions for disinfection after filtration.
4. Activated carbon filter: utilizing the adsorption capacity of activated carbon to effectively adsorb organic matter, free residual chlorine, colloids, particles, microorganisms, certain metal ions, and decolorization in raw water.
5. Softening system (dosing system): Utilizing the exchange properties of ion resins, calcium and magnesium ions in raw water are removed to prevent the formation of scale in subsequent water treatment equipment. However, the operation is labor-intensive and material intensive. Now it is changed to adding scale inhibitors directly into the dosing system.

1. The function of a sand filter is to preliminarily remove sediment, impurities, suspended solids, and other particles from water to reduce its turbidity.
2. The function of a carbon filter is to use the adsorption principle of carbon to adsorb substances such as discoloration, odor, and residual chlorine in water.
3. The function of the security filter is to prevent large particles and impurities from entering the reverse osmosis membrane, causing damage to the membrane and protecting the reverse osmosis membrane.
4. The function of the reverse osmosis host is mainly to produce purified water through reverse osmosis filtration.
5. The function of the pH adjustment system: By adjusting the pH to around 7, it removes CO2 from the water and ensures the quality of the produced water.
6. The function of the purified water tank is to store the secondary reverse osmosis produced water and provide a water source for the terminal purified water consumption point.
7. The function of the sterilization and disinfection system is to clean purified water pipelines and purified water tanks.
8. The function of UV sterilizer is to kill residual bacteria in water and ensure the quality of the effluent.
9. The function of a microfilter is to filter out bacteria and other particles killed by ultraviolet radiation.
