The pipe force valve is designed by our company's engineering and technical personnel based on good products of the same type both domestically and internationally. Developed based on the absorption of micro resistance slow closing check valve, hydraulic control check butterfly valve, and multifunctional hydraulic control valve, it is a new generation product of water pump control valve. It combines the functions of electric gate, electric butterfly valve, and check valve, and eliminates water hammer hazards through fast and slow closing actions to protect the safety of water pumps and pipeline systems. This valve is a new type of control equipment for pump stations with excellent structure, performance, and reliability both domestically and internationally. It is mainly used for centrifugal pumps in automated water supply and drainage pump stations, as well as for water supply and drainage systems in industries such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, water conservancy, municipal engineering, and environmental protection.
Working principle of DGM741HX tube force valve
1. Open the valve
After the water pump is started, the inlet water passes through the filter, gate valve, high-pressure pipe, and enters the lower part of the piston cylinder. Under the pressure of the water, the piston is pushed up and down to slowly open the small valve plate. The large valve plate opens simultaneously with the small valve plate under hydraulic pressure, completing the valve opening.
2. Close the valve
When the pump stops, the flow rate inside the valve drops sharply, and the large valve plate quickly closes under the action of gravity, cutting off 90% of the water flow. The return water pressure at the outlet enters the filter, gate valve, high-pressure pipe, and enters the upper part of the piston cylinder. Under the pressure of the water, it pushes the piston to drive the small valve plate to slowly close, ultimately achieving closure.

2. Pipe force valves are mainly used for the outlet pipelines of centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps, and axial flow pumps in automated water supply and drainage pump stations. They are designed with two types of control devices: piston type and diaphragm type, which can be respectively applied to clean water, raw water media, and sewage, slurry water media; Real time feedback on the online operation of valves can be provided through auxiliary components, achieving automatic control and remote detection functions for distance conveying projects; In terms of product types, the company has developed five specifications including ordinary type, low pressure return type, and sewage type to meet the needs of different customers and situations.
