Product Features:

Product Overview

Pneumatic flange butterfly valves are usually composed of angular stroke electric actuators (0-90 ° partial rotation) and butterfly valves that are mechanically connected and installed and debugged together. The electric flange butterfly valve has a simple structure, small size, and light weight, and is composed of only a few parts. When the electric flange butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the resistance of the medium flowing through the valve body. Therefore, the pressure drop generated by this valve is very small, and it has good flow control characteristics. Electric flange butterfly valves mainly have two structural forms: triple eccentric and single eccentric. The sealing forms include metal sealing, PTFE sealing, and rubber sealing. The metal sealing structure is mainly suitable for working conditions above 300 degrees Celsius; The PTFE sealing structure is suitable for working conditions within ≥ 180 degrees; The PTFE sealing structure is suitable for working conditions up to 120 degrees Celsius; The angular stroke electric actuator used with the flange type electric butterfly valve can directly receive 4-20mADC or 1-5VDC control signals output by computers or industrial instruments. Based on the deviation between the valve position feedback signal and the set value, the actuator drive motor is intelligently step adjusted (PID adjustment) to achieve the positioning of the valve or other device opening that is matched with the actuator, while outputting 4-20mADC position feedback signals.
