CytoFLEX Mosaic Spectral Flow AnalyzerIt is an extension of CytoFLEX streaming platform and an intelligent spectral detection solution. By easily connecting to the CytoFLEX LX/S flow cytometer, you can quickly achieve flexible combination and switching of detection methods, and enjoy the advantages of diversified detection on one instrument.
It contains two complete flow cytometry detection systems, which can easily switch between traditional flow cytometry and spectral flow cytometry in just a few minutes, adapting to various types of laboratory detection needs.
CytoFLEX mosaic adopts Poisson algorithm and improves it to balance analytical ability and speed. When using the LSM algorithm and Poisson algorithm to analyze the same set of data, the improved Poisson algorithm produces a smaller spread than the LSM algorithm, resulting in higher detection resolution.
In addition to Poisson's algorithm, the system also supports LSM algorithm analysis. Fine immune subgroup typing was performed using a 40 color panel,CytoFLEX Mosaic Spectral Flow AnalyzerIt can successfully detect at least 40 spectral characteristic curves, further continuing the high sensitivity of CytoFLEX.
Providing up to 10 unstained channels can extract the spontaneous fluorescence of different populations, enhance the detection ability of weak signals, and help discover low abundance subgroups.
When there is an error in algorithm parsing, the system will automatically prompt and mark the problematic channel to help you quickly troubleshoot experimental problems.
