The MSK-530 cylindrical battery unpacking machine is a specialized machine designed for laboratory analysis of the internal state of cylindrical batteries. This machine is an upgraded version after optimization and improvement. It replaces the cutter shaft directly driven by the original motor with an independent cutter shaft positioned by bearings, connected to the motor with a coupling, improving the smoothness of the cutter shaft rotation and increasing the service life of the blade with smaller circular runout. The self centering series clamp has a large tolerance, overcoming the jumping error caused by the accuracy error of different outer circle sizes of battery cases from different manufacturers, making cutting smoother.
