It can disperse soft rust blocks and make them fall off on the metal surface. ② The silicates in silicon phosphorus crystals can form a thin silicon film on the surface of rust, controlling the amount of rust that falls off and allowing the trace amount of rust to become transparent water and be discharged from the system under the dispersing effect of polyphosphate. Medication should be applied according to the hardness of boiler feedwater. Generally, medication should be used according to the following requirements: 1. The hardness of the water supply should be ≤ 2 millimeters equivalent/liter, and 40 grams/ton of anti scaling agent should be added to the water. 2. For every 2 millimeters of equivalent/liter increase in water hardness, the dosage increases by 35 grams/ton of water. 3. If the hardness of the water supply is unclear, add more according to the above principles.

（3） Usage: There are two ways to add boiler descaling agents. One type is a boiler with a water tank or pool, but without an economizer. The medicine can be directly added to the water tank or pool and fed into the furnace along with the water supply. Another method is to use a dosing funnel to directly pour the medicine into the furnace. Before adding medication, boil the medicine in 80 ℃ hot water and filter it. Intermittent dosing method can be used, either adding once per shift or adding enough at once. After adding medication, pay attention to controlling the boiler water to ensure that the pH does not exceed 10-12, and regularly discharge pollutants with a discharge rate generally maintained between 5-10%. Arrange at least once per class. Not exceeding 30-60 seconds each time. If there is no change in water level after discharge, check whether the old scale that has fallen off has blocked the pipeline. If the pipeline is blocked, measures should be taken in a timely manner.

（4） Note 1: Although the furnace treatment is easy to operate and master, the operators must be responsible and diligent. 2. Before treating the water in the furnace, try to remove the scale as much as possible to prevent a large amount of detachment and blockage of the pipeline. When pressing the fire or shutting down the furnace, it should be flushed once and attention should be paid to changes in water level. 3. Regularly check and pay attention to changes in water level and quality. After adding medication for one month, the boiler should be shut down for inspection to remove old scale and accumulated water slag, and check the anti scaling effect.
