Cup stacking machine

A cup stacking machine is an auxiliary cup stacking device used in plastic cup making machines (disposable plastic cup machines), also known as a cup sorting machine or a cup picking machine. It can use the structure of the cups to automatically stack the cups produced by the cup making machine, with much higher efficiency than manual operation, while ensuring cleanliness.

Working principle of cup stacking machine:

Align the tail of the cup stacking machine with the outlet of the cup making machine. The partially made cup falls precisely into the transmission channel, with the cup hanging upright between adjacent belts. By tilting the conveyor belt upwards until it reaches the middle of the machine, cups that are not in the transmission channel are blown back to the tail by the gas discharged by the blower until they are placed in the transmission channel. The cup will automatically tilt and fold when it enters the top of the body.
