① Standard cup bulge test

② Deep pull cup test (convex test)

Automatically punching out circular discs; Automatically adapt to uniform edge pressing; Automatic stretching; Automatic return of surplus materials; The edge pressure is variable, and all processes are completed within one set of molds. The size of the mold determines the diameter of the cup tube to be pulled out, and the height of the cup tube wall can be adjusted through the variable edge force technology of the EC series

The EC series sheet metal forming experimental platform innovatively introduces dual stage hydraulic, dynamic load balancing, mold assembly mechanism and other designs, achieving the advantages of high testing accuracy, multiple expandable testing functions, large tensile thrust, and separately controllable edge pressure and tensile force of the sheet metal forming experimental platform. It can perform forming tests on various high-strength sheets with thicknesses exceeding 10mm. The testing platform plays a crucial role in the existing automotive lightweighting technology, sheet metal forming process research, material physical property testing, welding process evaluation, and lubricant grading. After our platform experiments, we can obtain * design parameters, reduce material waste in the industrial field, and achieve energy-saving and environmental protection effects

At present, the sheet metal forming testing machines on the domestic market are mainly limited by their structure, which adopts a multi column hydraulic compression and a screw to provide tensile force. This structure is complex, bulky, and provides a small range of tensile force, and can only test sheet metal with a thickness of less than 2mm as specified in the national standard GB15825; The tensile force range, testing accuracy, and repeatability of EC series products * ISO, GB, DIN, ASTM and other testing standards
