Instrument Features

The crude oil organic chlorine analyzer uses microcoulometry analysis technology to oxidize the sample through a cracking furnace into titratable ions, which are then titrated in a titration cell. Based on the electricity consumed during the electrolytic titration process and Faraday's law, the chlorine content in the sample is calculated. Widely used for detecting chlorine content in crude oil and liquids.

Meets the requirements specified in the GB/T18612-2011 "Determination of Organic Chlorine Content in Crude Oil" standard of the People's Republic of China. This instrument is the latest product that applies microcoulometric analysis technology and uses computer-controlled microcoulometric titration. It is suitable for the analysis of trace chlorine in petrochemical products and can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, scientific research and other departments.

According to the standard test method, crude oil first needs to be distilled to obtain a sample of distillate oil (users need to bring their own distillation instrument or purchase it from our company), and then the results can be directly measured on this instrument.

1. Scope of application: Determination of total chlorine content in samples from scientific research institutions such as petroleum, petrochemical, environmental protection, commercial inspection, and schools. Compliant with standards: Compliant with GB/T18612 SH/T0253, SH/T0254, SH/T0222, ASTM D3120, ASTM D3246 and other standards.

2. Data can be stored, accessed, printed at will, and relevant problems can be solved based on on-site data files.

3. The main components of the instrument are made of original imported components, which have better overall performance than similar domestic instruments and can replace imported products.

4. The calibration of the standard curve can be done using single point or multi-point calibration, which is easy to operate.

5. The software can run on all current operating systems and has strong adaptability. The instrument software has powerful functions.

6. Overview: When the sample to be tested burns in the cracking tube and undergoes oxidation-reduction reaction, it is brought into the titration cell by the carrier gas and reacts with Ag+. By measuring the amount of electricity consumed during the electrolytic titration process, the total chlorine content of the sample is obtained according to Faraday's law.

7. The instrument adopts air cooling for heat dissipation, the fan automatically switches on and off, and no one needs to be on duty to cool down when turned off!

8. The instrument adopts an independent temperature control system. Adopting Yudian's fully automatic temperature controller, the failure rate is close to zero.

9. Windows operating platform, with direct human-machine dialogue.

10. The computer controls the entire process of analysis, data processing, etc., displaying the working status and peak shape of the entire process. Parameters, data, and peak shapes can be saved or printed as needed.

12. Using oxidation method and Faraday's law, automatically test the content of chlorine to achieve rapid analysis of chlorine in petrochemical products.
