Application scope:
The crane arm mold type laser welding machine is designed for laser repair welding of large molds, such as automotive molds, chassis molds, tire molds, household appliance plastic shell molds, and other large plastic and die-casting molds. The crane arm system equipped on this machine can lift up and down, rotate 360 degrees, and can repair large molds with a radius of 1.5 meters and a weight of several tons. The equipment is also equipped with pulleys, which are easy to move and can be directly repaired next to the injection molding machine without dismantling the mold. It can be welded and is also suitable for repairing small and medium-sized molds.
Performance characteristics:
Flexible adjustment of welding angle and position in 10 directions, suitable for repair welding of various molds.
For large molds, welding can be performed directly on the ground or forklift without the need for a workbench.
Combined with a high-power split chiller and a high-power laser cavity, it provides better stability during long-term and high-power welding.
Adopting British ceramic spotlight cavity, with high reflectivity and ultra long service life.
The worktable base is electrically adjustable, and the worktable is moved using precision ball screws and high-precision linear guides, which are lightweight, flexible, and accurately positioned.
The laser head can slide back and forth, manually lift and lower, and the laser head can rotate 360 degrees conveniently, making it easy to weld any side.
Observation system:
Equipped with a stereo microscope with a crosshair, the welding position can be magnified 10 times (optional 15 x, 20 x). Align the center of the crosshair with the center of the laser spot. Equipped with a high-speed LCD light valve filter protection device, it protects the welder's eyes from fatigue caused by laser flicker.
Control system:
Industrial microcontrollers provide practical control, high stability, and easy maintenance.
