Crane 3D laser scannerCompared with traditional measuring methods such as tape measure and leveling, it has the advantages of speed, real-time, automation, comprehensive and vivid data, high accuracy, and non-contact. No need for manual intervention, all-weather operation, no blind spots or dead corners, and other advantages. The three-dimensional laser scanning obtains a large amount of dense point cloud data on the surface of the coal pile, which reflects the surface undulation of the coal pile very realistically. 3D laser scanning data can be directly used after simple processing, without the need for contact with the object being measured, and can be applied in many complex environments. The equipment adopts remote control instrument operation and data transmission, which can be used in harsh environments that are not suitable for long-term human stay. The device has good sealing, waterproof and dustproof.
1) Cross section scanning can be performed, and rotating scanning can also be performed at the end of the overhead crane to eliminate blind spots in section scanning;

This product is suitable for hanging and installing on the top of coal sheds, overhead cranes, and silos. Users can use computer software to remotely control the scanner through data cables, and obtain the three-dimensional coordinates of the entire material pile surface with one click control; Suitable for single or multiple installation of combined suspension measurement. In response to the current on-site situation of the customer, a gantry crane can be used in conjunction with a coal pan to perform full coverage scanning on site. To avoid blind spots on the slopes of both sides of the pile caused by the pile being too high, a dual scanner scanning scheme is proposed. The data from the two scanners is automatically concatenated through software without human intervention, ensuring the accuracy of coal pan and improving its efficiency. Installing multiple fixed coal disk meters can reduce procurement costs.
The scanner works simultaneously to ensure no blind spots during scanning. Data transmission is connected to the overhead crane cab control terminal and on-site control box through optical cables to ensure real-time and complete data transmission.
