Due to the use of spherical, fully porous silica gel as a filler, the COSMOSIL chromatography column ensures chemical stability and mechanical strength while providing the maximum possible surface area. C18 alkyl bonded chromatography columns have a wide range of applications.

The C18-MS-II series, filled with ultra pure silica gel, has a wider pH range and is suitable for the separation of most compounds. The C18-AR-II series has stronger acid resistance. The COSMOSIL series also features high-performance chromatography columns made of special functional group bonded stationary phases: Cholester, π NAP, PYE, and HILIC. These high-performance chromatography columns have higher separation performance compared to traditional chromatography columns. COSMOSIL has five high-performance chromatography columns specifically designed for separating fullerenes: Buckyprep, Buckyprep-D, Buckyprep-M, PBB, PYE, and NPE. COSMOGEL's packing material is a non silica gel packing material, which provides excellent separation performance for ion exchange chromatography packing materials.


COSMOSIL 5C18-MS-II liquid chromatography column

COSMOSIL 5C18-MS-II is a single point bonded C18 reverse phase chromatographic column. The use of polar groups and a new tail sealing technique have expanded the pH range, resulting in sharp peaks of alkaline compounds. Chromatography columns are suitable for most applications, especially for small molecule organic compounds.COSMOSIL 5C18-MS-II isThe COSMOSIL series is a chromatographic column with excellent balance and basic performance (fast and sharp peak shapes when separating alkaline compounds and metal coordination compounds, and high theoretical plate numbers). Its quality is stable and reliable, with rich analysis data and simple analysis condition settings.



COSMOSIL 5C18-AR-II liquid chromatographypillar

COSMOSIL 5C18-AR-II is a polymerized C18 reverse phase column. Due to the fact that its stationary phase octadecyl is bound to the surface of the packing silica gel through multi-point bonding, the stationary phase of this chromatographic column will not easily detach due to the presence of acid compared to a single point bonding chromatographic column. This chromatographic column is highly suitable for the analysis of acidic compounds and polyphenols under acidic mobile phase conditions.

COSMOSIL 5C18-PAQ can improve the retention time of organic compounds and provide good reproducibility in high water content eluents, even in pure water solutions.



COSMOSIL Cholester liquid chromatography column:

Cholesterol groups are bound to the stationary phase

Has strong molecular shape recognition ability

● Same usage conditions as C18 chromatography column

Applicable to: ● Natural compounds

Polyphenols, catechins, fat soluble vitamins, flavonoids, etc

Cholester's stationary phase has a rigid structure and can distinguish different molecular shapes. Cholester can achieve good separation of structurally similar compounds that are difficult to separate with alkyl bonded fillers (C18 and C30).
