Through the dual effect of "coagulation interception", fine oil mist condenses into oil droplets on the surface of the filter element, preventing oil mist penetration, and ultimately achieving residual oil emissions of less than 0.1mg/m ³, far superior to the German TA Luft Clean Air Act standard and meeting indoor direct discharge requirements.
Material and performance advantages: The filter element is made of high-purity borosilicate glass fiber, which can withstand temperatures up to 60 ℃ and is suitable for high-temperature operation of large industrial equipment. At the same time, it has excellent corrosion resistance and is inert to various chemical substances in industrial lubricants and exhaust gases, making it less prone to aging and blockage; The inner diameter of the filter element is 50.8mm, the length is 476.0mm, the filtration area is 759cm ², and the compressive strength is about 60mbar. It can operate stably under negative pressure conditions of -0.2~0bar, and the pressure loss is controlled within a reasonable range, without affecting the normal operation of the host equipment.
Exclusive optimization of negative pressure conditions: Through fluid dynamics simulation design, optimize the flow path of the equipment shell and the internal airflow direction, accurately match the negative pressure working environment of -0.2~0 bar, and match it with a dedicated side channel fan to efficiently suck in the oil mist generated inside the equipment, avoiding oil mist leakage; At the same time, the shell adopts a sealed design, combined with high-precision seals, to further improve the sealing performance during negative pressure operation, ensuring no secondary pollution in the purification process.
Double standard connection design: The inlet flange adopts DN100 PN16/4 'ANSI 150lbs RF dual standard design, and is compatible with European and American standard interfaces, ensuring tight connection with large industrial equipment of different regions and models, and improving interface interchangeability; The exhaust port provides 2 'pipe fittings (with internal threads), DN50 PN16/2' ANSI 150lbs RF in various specifications, which can be flexibly selected according to the on-site exhaust pipeline requirements, reducing the difficulty of installation and adaptation.

Non powered oil return logic: After being separated by the filter element, the oil droplets will naturally drip along the outer surface of the filter element to the bottom of the equipment housing. Through the built-in oil return pipeline adapter, with the help of the equipment's own pressure difference and gravity, without the need for additional power drive, the recovered lubricating oil (retaining the original additives) can be automatically returned to the main oil depot or lubrication system, achieving full closed-loop recycling and effectively reducing lubricating oil waste. It can reduce lubricating oil consumption costs by more than 30% annually.
Anti backflow and anti pollution design: The return oil pipeline is equipped with a precision one-way valve, which effectively prevents the recycled oil from flowing back to the air duct due to negative pressure of the equipment. At the same time, it prevents external impurities from entering the return oil system, avoiding secondary oil pollution, ensuring the cleanliness of the main engine lubrication system, reducing equipment wear, and lowering operational hazards.
Original factory standard configuration and convenient operation and maintenance: The equipment comes standard with a set of filter cartridges, negative pressure gauges, negative pressure control handball valves, air intake filters, and oil sight glass, which can be installed and used immediately without the need for additional auxiliary components; The filter element adopts an axial compression self sealing design, which does not require professional tools and can be quickly replaced by a single person.
