1. Product Introduction
The continuous temperature measurement system of steel is one of the ZDC type temperature measurement instrument series products. The principle of temperature measurement is putting the temperature measuring tube into the middle tundra and immersing it in the molten steel. The immersion depth exceeds 300mm, and the temperature at the bottom of the temperature measuring tube is equal to the molten steel temperature. The detector installed at the outlet of the temperature measuring tube receives infrared radiation energy emitted from the bottom of the temperature measuring tube and converts it into a corresponding electrical signal to transmit it to the signal processor. The signal processor with a microcontroller as the core processes the signal input by the detector and displays the measured temperature through the display screen. The temperature signal is transmitted to a large screen displayer through the RS485 communication interface, and the output 4-20mA standard signal is transmitted to the computer through the output circuit.
2. Product Features
1) The latest technology is adopted. The temperature measuring tube consists of an outer tube with an open upper end and an inner tube with an open end at both ends. The temperature measurement signal comes from the bottom of the outer tube of the temperature measurement tube that contacts the steel directly, so the instrument response time is short and the reaction speed is fast.
2) The sensor has smoke exhaust function, and the optical path between the infrared radiation source and the detector is clean, ensuring accurate temperature measurement and stable operation.
3) The temperature measuring tube has a reasonable structure, high thermal shock resistance, and low failure rate of the temperature measuring system.
4) The detector and the temperature measuring tube are connected by a non-self-locking structure, which is easy to operate. Easy to use.
5) The signal processor adopts large-scale integrated circuits, intelligent parameter settings, complete functions, and small temperature drift.
