Operation Instructions:
1Plug in the power supply;
2Adjust the required grinding time;
3Install the grinding fixture and apply pressure;
4Press the green start button to activate it;
5When the time is up, the machine automatically stops running;
6When it needs to continue running, simply press the green start button;
7When stopping work, please press the red button.
Notes:

Maintenance and upkeep:
In order to maintain the normal working condition of the grinder, the following maintenance procedures should be carried out after each use of the machine.
1.After each grinding is completed, or if grinding needs to be stopped for a period of time, all grinding plates on the machine should be thoroughly cleaned with water. Otherwise, the residual grinding fluid will dry and harden.
2.If the machine is not used for a long time, the grinding fixture should be immersed in chloroethane and cleaned with ultrasonic waves, then coated with protective oil and stored in a dedicated toolbox.
3.The service life of grinding film varies depending on the type of grinding film, and the service life of different processes also varies. It is recommended that users use precision grinding film as much as possible when using different grinding films.
4.Regularly check the lubrication condition of each transmission part and add lubricating grease in a timely manner. We recommend using MobilNLGIZGrade grease lubricates, rusts, and preserves the system on a monthly basis.
5.Regularly check whether the cooling fan stops running due to dirt blockage, and promptly clean the dirt on the cooling fan.
6.Observe the grease under the grinding chassis and regularly replace and replenish it with new grease.
7.Protect the grinding chassis and its supporting surface from contamination and impact by foreign objects.
