1、 Scope of application
This instrument is suitable for on-site temperature measurement in various construction projects. When used in conjunction with temperature probes, it can measure the temperature of materials and clinker, such as gases, liquids, fluids, mixtures, and granular materials; Combined with embedded temperature measurement lines, it can measure the internal temperature of winter construction concrete and large volume concrete.
2、 Composition and function of the instrument
1. The instrument has a temperature display device SW-2 or GH-582K, which can be connected to a temperature probe or temperature measurement line to form a temperature measurement system. The instrument is a portable instrument, equipped with a power switch, lighting switch, socket, and LCD display screen. It can display the measured temperature value digitally and has a night temperature reading lighting function. To prevent dust, moisture, and bumps, the instrument is equipped with an rubber instrument cover, which can also be opened from the bracket behind the host and placed on the desktop for use. 2. Temperature probe
The temperature probe is made of a plug, wire, handle, and steel pipe with an outer diameter of metal. The front end of the pipe is enclosed with a temperature sensor, which is suitable for measuring the temperature of materials and clinker. 3. Pre embedded temperature measurement line
The embedded temperature measuring wire is made of plugs, wires, and temperature sensors, suitable for measuring the internal temperature of concrete. Each temperature measuring wire can measure one temperature point, and temperature measuring points can be arranged arbitrarily during construction. 4、 Usage method
1. Measure the material temperature with the host and temperature probe
Insert the plug of the temperature probe into the instrument socket, press the power switch, insert the metal rod of the temperature probe into the measured object, and read the temperature data on the display. When measuring the temperature of the mixture, in order to avoid excessive impact between the temperature probe and the hard objects in the mixture, which may affect the service life, a metal rod can be used to reserve a hole in the mixture first, and then the temperature probe can be inserted into the hole for temperature measurement. After each use, the temperature probe should be wiped clean.
2. Measure the temperature of large volume concrete
After the construction temperature measurement plan is determined, appropriate length and specifications of temperature measurement lines should be selected based on the number and depth of temperature measurement points. For example, if the actual temperature measurement point depth is 0.2m to 0.3m, a temperature measurement line with a specification of 0.5m can be selected; The actual temperature measurement point depth is 2.5m-2.8m, and a temperature measurement line with a specification of 3m can be selected, and so on. When embedding, steel bars and other rods can be used as supports, and the temperature measurement line should be tied to the support according to the distance between the longitudinal temperature measurement points. The temperature sensor and the support should be insulated. When pouring concrete, insert the support with the temperature measuring wire tied into the concrete, place the temperature sensor at the temperature measuring point, leave the plug outside the concrete and cover it with a plastic bag to avoid moisture and keep it clean. For ease of operation, the length of the wire left outside should be greater than 20cm. When measuring temperature, press the power switch of the instrument, insert the temperature measurement wire plug into the instrument socket, and the temperature of the corresponding temperature measurement point will be displayed on the instrument display screen.
3. Measure the temperature of winter construction concrete
When pouring concrete, reserve temperature measurement holes according to the winter construction temperature measurement plan, place a temperature measurement wire in each hole, leave the plug of the temperature measurement wire outside the hole and cover it with a plastic bag to avoid moisture and keep it clean. When measuring temperature, press the power switch of the instrument, insert the temperature measurement cable plug into the host socket, and the temperature of the corresponding temperature measurement point will be displayed on the instrument display screen. After each stage of temperature measurement is completed, store the temperature measurement line for future use. The temperature measuring wire can also be buried in concrete for one-time use. The specific method is described in "2" of the usage instructions.
4. Use of nighttime temperature reading and lighting function
When used at night or in dark environments, press the instrument lighting switch, and the LCD screen will emit a light green background light, making the reading clear and eye-catching. (GH-582K)
5、 Battery replacement
When the battery symbol appears in the upper left corner of the instrument display screen or the device cannot be turned on normally, it is usually caused by insufficient battery voltage and a new battery needs to be replaced. The method is as follows: Push down the battery compartment cover behind the host, open the battery compartment to remove the old battery, fasten the new battery, and then restore the battery compartment cover to its original position.
6、 Precautions
When the instrument is not connected to a temperature probe or temperature measuring wire, the display screen shows "1" or "LO" as the preparation state.
2. Do not apply excessive force during operation. When inserting or removing the plug from the host socket, hold the plug firmly.
3. The plug and instrument socket should be kept away from moisture and kept clean. If water and moisture accidentally enter, please wipe clean and dry before use to avoid inaccurate temperature measurement results.
4. The instrument should be turned off promptly after use, and the battery should be removed when not in use for a long time to avoid damaging the instrument.
