3、 Usage method

1. Select the corresponding fixture based on the diameter of the core sample and firmly clamp it onto the small circular column.

2. Loosen the main body fixing bolt, rotate the screw lifting handle, select the required size, and tighten the dial.

3. Open the inlet valve to allow water to flow, place the splash guard and close the power switch to rotate the grinding head.

4、 Structural principle

A slicer uses a diamond saw blade to cut concrete samples at high speed during high-speed rotation. When the handle switch is closed, the contactor connects to the three-phase power supply, causing the motor to rotate and the diamond saw blade to rotate through the belt drive. The specimen is stuck in the fixture, and the saw blade can be cut by pressing the handle with your hand to make contact with the specimen. When the water nozzle is connected to tap water, the water sprayed from the two pipes cools the diamond saw blade.
