Overview

The Delger compressed air quality detector can detect the quality of breathing air in compressors or compressed air cylinders, and the test results can be reliably evaluated according to the breathing air standard EN 12021. The carbon monoxide detection tube 3735950 of the compressed air quality detector replaces the previous carbon monoxide detection tube 6728511, with a range changed from 0-150ppm to 2-60ppm. When used in combination with the compressed air quality detector, the carbon monoxide detection tube can be applied in industries such as biopharmaceuticals, food, healthcare, electronics and semiconductors.

Product Details

Compressed gas is a major power source in pharmaceutical production, which runs through processes such as fermentation, crystallization, drying, and filtration. In GMP, it is mentioned that "compressed air that comes into direct contact with drugs should be purified to meet production requirements." Compressed air is affected by moisture, dust, oil stains, etc

Will cause corrosion and blockage of gas pipelines, leading to malfunction of starting components and wear of mechanical seals

• Failure of biological cultivation and contamination of drugs due to pollutants and bacteria introduced by oil, water, and dust

Delger Compressed Air Quality Tester AerotestUsed to detect the quality of compressed air.

According to appropriate purification standards, it is possible toQuantitative analysis of compressed airThe concentration of pollutants such as CO, CO2, H2O, Oil, etc. can be determined separately or simultaneously.

New DT Carbon Monoxide 2/a-P (Order Number 3735950)Used to measure the carbon monoxide content in compressed air (requires coordination)Aerotest systemUse)

Due to the reduction of the occupational exposure limit (OEL/AGW) for carbon monoxide from 30ppm to 20ppm and its inclusion in TRGS 900 in January 2024, this change has had an impact on DIN EN12021. DIN EN12021:2014-07 establishes a direct link between occupational exposure values and breathing air limits. Compressed breathing air must not contain any impurities, whose concentration may have toxic or harmful effects on health. For breathing air alone, the carbon monoxide limit must be less than one sixth of the national 8-hour exposure limit. (TWA)

The new limit of 20ppm corresponds to the EN12021 standard, which allows for a maximum allowable concentration of carbon monoxide in breathing air of 3.3ppm
