The German CS compressed air leak detector LD 500/510 is a laser side leak detector with a camera that displays the leak rate in l/min units and the cost in € units. It can detect the slightest leak even from a long distance, with automatic sensor recognition, high sensitivity, and easy operation. The leak data is transmitted to the computer via USB, and with the help of reporting software, ISO 50001- reports can be quickly and effectively generated. The UltraCam LD 500/510 uses 30 MEMS microphones to calculate and display ultrasound images. In addition, LD 500/510 can also produce ultrasonic sound that cannot be heard. Advantages compared to traditional leak detectors In the production process, even in noisy environments, the leakage situation in the on-site images can be intuitively displayed. To determine the leakage rate, the user points the laser directly at the leakage point. Leakage, laser, and red circle must overlap with each other in the image. In this way, the leakage rate in units of I/min or cfm and the cost in units of €/year can be accurately determined, and the distance is automatically measured.
