Water curtain cabinet is a type of exhaust gas treatment equipment used to treat spray paint mist. Its workflow is to filter the exhaust gas, commonly known as paint mist, sprayed by the spray gun during the painting process within a certain area. Then, the water in the water tank is pumped to the upper water tank through the suction pump, and overflows from the water tank to the water curtain plate. The water curtain is formed by the water curtain plate, and at the same time, the impact of high-speed airflow is used to roll up the water through the swirl plate, which atomizes the water to wash the air and purify the paint mist. The water mist in the air is blocked by the water blocking plate, and the treated air is discharged outside the workshop through the fan and exhaust pipe.
