IIComposite film high-temperature curing roomBox material and combination method:

1. The combination type storage plate structure uses high-grade color steel plates for the inner lining of the curing room, and sprayed color steel plates for the outer shell (beautiful and noble). The insulation layer thickness is 100MM to ensure the constant temperature effect of the drying room. The left and right sides of the curing room are equipped with air duct circulation system and temperature control system. Hot air enters the drying room from above one end of the curing room and returns from the same end or opposite pressure relief port. The air duct adopts multiple sections of air outlet and multiple sections of pressure relief port to ensure uniform temperature inside the drying room. The air duct outlet is designed with adjustable air outlet.

2. The wind plate is made of cold-rolled sheet with spray coating and rust prevention treatment. The air duct is designed for uniform temperature in the curing room. Armored heating tubes are installed in the air duct to ensure constant temperature in the drying room. The outlet of the air duct is designed with adjustable air vents, and the wind direction inside the drying room can be adjusted. The outside of the air duct is insulated with insulation board to ensure that the heat exchange between the air duct and the outside is not too large.

3、 Energy saving design

1. The heating tube adopts fin type high-speed forced air circulation to fully utilize its heat generation.

2. Adopting instrument PID control with an accuracy resolution of 0.1, the output is automatically controlled based on the aging room capacity and ambient temperature through a contactless solid-state relay, ranging from 100% full power to 1% micro power output, fully utilizing thermal energy.

3. Adopting aluminum alloy lightweight wind turbines, with high strength and small heat capacity, fully saving electricity.

4. The wall panels are tightened with locking buckles, and the inner and outer walls are connected by rock wool tongue and groove joints without steel plates, which separates the thermal bridge and reduces energy loss.

5. The door frame is equipped with high and low temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing strips, which have good sealing performance and strong insulation effect, and can effectively prevent heat conduction caused by indoor and outdoor temperature differences.

6. Each wall panel is sealed with high-temperature silicone to prevent heat leakage.
