1. Soil particle analysis, liquid limit, plasticity index, bearing ratio CBR, high dry density, Jia moisture content, natural moisture content

(1) Inspect once before starting work and once every 5000m ³ during the construction process.

(2) Natural moisture content: Check at any time before compaction and conduct a pre construction inspection. During the construction process, check every 25000m ³ and take representative samples according to T0101-2007 and T0102-2007 requirements. Woven bag, 100kg

2. Fine aggregate (for cement concrete) screening, mud content, and mud block content shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 400m ³ or 600t. Sampling shall be carried out according to T0301-2005. First, remove the non representative parts on the surface, and then take approximately equal samples from the top, middle, and bottom of the material pile to form a group of samples. The particle composition, mud content (less than 0.075mm), sand equivalent, and density of fine aggregate (for asphalt concrete) shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 500m ³. 7. Coarse aggregate (GB/T 14685-2011) is classified, categorized, nominal particle size, and daily production into batches of every 600 tons. If the daily production is less than 600 tons, it is also considered a batch. If the daily production exceeds 2000 tons, it is considered a batch of 1000 tons, and if it is less than 1000 tons, it is also considered a batch. If the daily production exceeds 5000 tons, it is considered as a batch of 2000 tons, and if it is less than 2000 tons, it is also considered as a batch.

8. The screening and moisture content of mineral powder shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 100T. The representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 500T, and representative samples shall be taken in accordance with JTJE42-2005 requirements. Cement sample bucket, 2kg apparent density, plasticity index, hydrophilicity coefficient, heating stability, if necessary. Do it when necessary

9. Cement fineness, specific surface area, water consumption for standard consistency, setting time, stability, and sand strength shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival. The representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 200T in bags and 500T in bulk. According to the T0501-2005 cement sampling method, equal amounts of samples shall be taken from more than 20 different parts as a group of samples, and a product material list shall be provided. Cement sample bucket, with a total weight of at least 6kg

10. The fineness, loss on ignition, moisture content, and sulfur trioxide of fly ash shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 200T. 10 bags shall be randomly selected from each batch, and no less than 1kg of sample shall be taken from each bag. After mixing evenly, the sample shall be reduced to four parts. Provide material list. Cement sample bucket with a weight greater than 3kg.

11. The ultimate strength, yield strength, elongation, and cold bending of steel raw materials shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 60T. Two raw materials shall be taken, and one tensile specimen and one cold bending specimen shall be cut from each. Provide material list. Take 2 tensile specimens with a length of 500mm, and 2 cold bending specimens with a length of (150+5d) mm; Grouping is tied with binding wires.

12. Under the same construction conditions, joints of the same grade, type, and specification made of the same batch of materials shall be used for the ultimate strength of steel bar mechanical connections. A batch of 500 shall be considered as an acceptance batch, and any number less than 500 shall also be considered as an acceptance batch. Three specimens shall be randomly selected for inspection. Under the same construction conditions, use the same batch of materials with the same grade, type, and specification joints, and randomly select 3 specimens for inspection.

1. Randomly cut joint specimens during the installation of steel reinforcement skeleton

2. The length L of the sleeve must be greater than or equal to 2d+10mm (d is the diameter of the steel bar) (tied with binding wire for grouping). Provide material list. Take 3 mechanical connection samples and 3 raw material samples. 50cm in length, tied with binding wire for grouping.

13. The ultimate strength of welded steel bars and flash butt welding bending shall be grouped into 300 joints of the same joint type and steel bar grade. A batch of 1500 joints of the same joint type and steel reinforcement grade shall be randomly sampled from different parts, and the flash butt welded bending specimens shall be polished on the welding surface. Grouping is tied with binding wires; Take 6 pieces for flash butt welding (including 3 pieces for cold bending, which need to be ground flat), and take 3 pieces for lap welding.

14. Ultimate strength, yield strength, elongation, relaxation test, mechanical performance test of steel strands: one inspection per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 60T. Relaxation test: one inspection per specification or model from the same manufacturer. The supervisory unit supervises and witnesses the sampling process of the construction unit, and jointly sends for outsourced testing. Each batch can select 3 discs, with one disc taken for stretching and one disc taken for relaxation; Provide material list. Grouping is tied with binding wires, each with a length of 100cm when stretched and 240cm when relaxed.

15. When the third-party testing and inspection agency commissioned by the construction unit sets up a construction site laboratory on site, it should reasonably allocate testing and inspection personnel according to the testing projects and engineering quantities, with a minimum of 4 personnel and at least 6 personnel with a value of over 150 million yuan.
4. The construction supervision unit's on-site laboratory may allocate an appropriate number of auxiliary personnel (test workers) according to actual needs. Experimental assistants must pass the assessment of the technical director of the parent laboratory before they can take up their positions, and assessment records must be kept.
(3) The construction site laboratory must have an organizational structure, set up job responsibilities for testing and inspection personnel, establish an organizational chart, and display it on the wall. The format of the organizational diagram is as follows:

(5) The construction site laboratory should establish and improve personnel attendance and leave application and cancellation systems, and keep attendance records.
(6) Test and inspection personnel must be uniformly labeled and put on duty.
5、 Instrument and equipment management:
(1) The instrument and equipment are managed by dedicated personnel, and instrument and equipment files are established in accordance with the quality management system documents of the parent laboratory (see Table 1 for the format of the catalog list in the equipment file volume). Periodic calibration plans are formulated, instrument and equipment are regularly calibrated, and the qualifications of the "calibration/verification" institution are confirmed. The qualification files of the "calibration/verification" institution are established, and the authorized person in charge of the construction site confirms whether the instrument parameters provided in the instrument "calibration/verification" report issued by the institution can meet the testing requirements.

The instrument and equipment should be marked with "three color identification" (green, yellow, red) to indicate their controlled, calibrated or calibrated status, and the equipment manager should post the "three color identification" in a prominent place on the instrument and equipment.

6、 Layout of experimental site
(1) Overview
1. The site selection of construction site laboratories should fully consider factors such as safety, environmental protection, convenient transportation, and engineering quality management requirements. The surrounding areas should generally be hardened. The construction unit's on-site laboratory should be built in the project department or mixing plant, and the location of the construction unit's central laboratory should be convenient for transportation and have fixed entrances and exits. The laboratory building on the construction site can be newly constructed or rented from existing buildings. Newly built houses should choose insulation and environmentally friendly materials, and comprehensively consider the impact of climate and natural disasters. If necessary, reinforcement measures should be taken to ensure their safety during their service life. Renting a house should be safe and sturdy, and its space, area, ventilation, lighting, and insulation conditions should meet the requirements for use.
2. The construction site laboratory should set up offices, archives, and various functional rooms according to the scale and characteristics of this project. There shall be no less than 2 offices and 1 archive room. The functional rooms include mechanics room, cement room, cement concrete room, aggregate room, curing room, geotechnical room, chemical analysis room, asphalt room, asphalt mixture room (including separate extraction site), sample retention room, and on-site testing room. The functional room shall be determined according to the actual declared parameters on site and must meet the requirements of the testing task. The office and various functional rooms should be separated, the layout should be reasonable, and the placement of instruments and equipment should be scientific. The area of each room shall not be less than 20m2.
Each testing room should have a clean and independent environment without interference, and pay attention to the effects of lighting, ventilation, noise, vibration, etc.
3. The "construction site laboratory" adopts a copper plaque, and its content should match the content of the construction site laboratory seal *, with red font color. The specification is 40cm in height and 60cm in length. The plaque is hung prominently in front of the office, and the bottom line of the plaque is 160cm above the ground.
4. The indoor and outdoor hygiene of the laboratory should be clearly divided into responsibility areas and assigned to individuals, and posted on the wall.
(2) Office layout
1. The office should hang the qualification certificate of the parent testing institution, the record certificate of the construction site laboratory, the authorization letter and scope, the job responsibilities of the testing personnel, the organizational structure diagram and the main management system, etc. The dimensions of the organizational structure diagram are 110cm wide by 90cm high, and the other dimensions are 60cm wide by 90cm high, all using blue background and white letters signs, hanging on the wall 150cm above the ground (bottom line).
2. The safety helmet should be uniformly hung on a straight wooden strip near the door, with the strip 180cm above the ground. It is prohibited to place the safety helmet on the filing cabinet, tabletop, or other objects.
3. A barometer should be posted on the office wall;
4. The computer host should not be placed on the desktop.
5. The office and various functional rooms should be equipped with unified standard door signs, and responsible persons should be clearly identified.
6. The placement of office desks, filing cabinets, and other materials should be reasonable.
(3) Each functional room is equipped with

(1) The instruments and equipment in each functional room should be arranged reasonably, neatly arranged, and easy to operate in accordance with the principles of optimizing the testing and inspection workflow, reasonable overall layout, and synchronous operation without mutual interference.
(2) Instruments and equipment should be installed and debugged strictly in accordance with the relevant requirements of the testing and inspection procedures and user manuals.
(3) The construction site laboratory should adopt independent centralized power distribution lines and set up emergency power supply to ensure the normal and continuous operation of testing and inspection work. The layout of wires and cables should comply with relevant technical standards (such as horizontal wires and cables should be laid on the top of the wall, and vertical downward layout should be used to reach the instrument) to ensure safe use.
(4) The power plugs in each functional room should be at least 100cm above the ground to prevent water ingress and electrical leakage during flushing.
(5) The operation console is set up against the wall, with cement mortar brick wall stacks, reinforced concrete prefabricated slab countertops, and marble or ceramic tile finishes. The height should be controlled between 70cm and 85cm, the width of the countertop should be between 60cm and 80cm, and the width of the cabinet under the countertop should not be less than 60cm. A cabinet door of uniform material and style should be installed under the countertop for easy storage and access in the dark, and to maintain a beautiful appearance.
(6) The operating procedures for each functional room (specific wall mounted procedures can be found in the requirements of each room) and other diagrams should be mounted on the wall, with dimensions of 90cm in height and 60cm in width, and blue background with white text. The bottom of the diagram is 60cm away from the control panel.
(7) The records of instrument use and maintenance should be hung behind the corresponding instrument, under the instrument operating procedures, at a height of about 140cm from the ground.
(8) The construction site laboratory should be equipped with adequate drainage facilities and necessary emergency water sources to ensure the normal and continuous operation of testing and inspection work. Each functional room should be equipped with upper and lower water pipes, a water tank, and the upper opening of the water tank should be the same height as the operating platform. A floor drain should be installed on the ground. Water tanks and sedimentation tanks should be installed on the floors of cement concrete rooms, stone rooms, and other rooms.
(9) Each operating room is equipped with a temporary storage area for samples, which is divided into a waiting area and a tested area. Clear signs should be posted at a distance of 60cm from the ground on the back wall;
2. Requirements for the allocation of each functional compartment 2.1 Mechanical room
(1) An air conditioner with appropriate power should be equipped.
(2) The stretching chuck and cold bending punch should be neatly arranged in order of size and clearly labeled according to the matching instruments.
(3) The testing machine should be fixed to a cement concrete base of 10cm or more with expansion screws, at a distance of 0.5m or more from the surrounding walls.
(4) Two steel shelves need to be set up, one for placing stretching clamps and cold bending punches, and one for placing steel bar samples, neatly stacked and clearly labeled.
(5) Equipped with an electric grinding machine for polishing burrs on the fracture surface of sampled steel bars. (6) Operating procedures to be posted: Testing machine operating procedures, one table of loading rates for various grades of steel bars.
2.2 Cement Room
(1) Suitable power air conditioning and humidifiers should be equipped.
(2) Cement samplers should be equipped.
(3) The sand compaction table should be fixed on an independent cement concrete base and should not be connected to the wall. It should also be checked for levelness; The base is about 400mm high, with a concrete volume of about 0.25m3 and a weight of about 600kg. In case of external vibration, a layer of natural rubber elastic pad of about 5mm is placed under the base.
(4) The cement mortar flowability tester should be fixed on a hardened independent cement concrete base with expansion screws, and should not be connected to the wall, and the level should be checked; The concrete density should be at least 2240kg/m3, with a base of 400mm × 400mm square and a height of about 690mm. If there is external vibration, a layer of natural rubber elastic pad of about 5mm should be placed under the base. The installed cement mortar flowability tester should be calibrated using flowability standard samples. After passing the inspection, it can only be used after being approved by the authorized person in charge of the construction site laboratory (with calibration records kept).
(5) Equipped with independent adhesive sand curing boxes (6 pieces per group), different types of cement adhesive sand specimens should not be cured in the same curing box. The curing boxes should be numbered for easy retrieval of specimens in a timely manner.
(6) Each cement mortar test piece should be labeled with the following information: number (* for the first test piece, 1-1, 1-2, 1-3; for the second test piece, 2-1, 2-2, 2-3), date of the test piece, cement specifications, etc.
(7) Place a wet and dry bulb thermometer and hygrometer inside the moisture curing box, and prepare the same warm water for timely addition.
(8) It is recommended to use a constant stress flexural compressive integrated testing machine.
(9) The rotation direction of the blades of the sand mixer should be consistent with the direction indicated on the instrument. (10) Before each stability test, the Lei's clamp must be inspected with a 300g weight and recorded.
(11) The boiling box should be placed in a single room to prevent steam from affecting other tests. If there is no separate storage condition, the boiling box in the cement chamber should be covered with an outer box, and a plastic pipe with a diameter greater than 8cm should be connected to the outer box to lead to the outside.
(12) The cement room should have a maintenance ledger for cement mortar specimens (see Appendix 1 for the format of the ledger) and records of temperature and humidity in the cement standard curing box.
(13) Instrument operating procedures to be posted: cement slurry mixer, cement mortar mixer, constant stress bending and compression testing machine, boiling box, cement mortar compaction table, cement standard curing box, cement mortar flowability tester, cement setting time tester, electronic balance.
2.3水泥砼室
(1) An air conditioner with appropriate power should be equipped.
(2) The press should have a protective net and printing equipment.
(3) A one meter square flat, smooth, and rust free iron plate should be prepared for the slump test. (4) There should be measures to prevent splashing around the vibration table, and it is recommended to stick ceramic tiles. (5) The micrometer in the elastic modulus tester should be separately "calibrated/calibrated".
(6) Instrument operating procedures to be posted: one sheet of loading rate table for cement concrete mixer, press machine, elastic modulus tester, and various specifications of compression specimens.
2.4 Aggregate Room
(1) An air conditioner with appropriate power should be equipped.
(2) There should be a bamboo thermometer on the oven and it should be "calibrated/checked". (3) The stopwatch needs to be "calibrated/calibrated".
(4) When conducting the hydrophilicity coefficient test of mineral powder, purchased anhydrous kerosene must be used and self heating and filtering are not allowed to avoid safety accidents. Anhydrous kerosene should be kept and used by a dedicated person.
(5) The sand equivalent test should be equipped with a fixed flushing rack, and the bottom height of the flushing cylinder should be about 1 meter higher than the operating table. The flushing solution should have a reagent label and indicate the expiration date.
(6) The shaking screen machine should be fixed on a cement concrete base of 10cm or more with expansion screws.
(7) Aggregates of different specifications should be stored separately, and material identification should be fixed accordingly. (8) The operating procedures that should be posted include shaking sieve machine, immersion balance, sand equivalent tester, and oven.
2.5 Maintenance Room
(1) The walls and roof of the standard curing room should be treated with moisture-proof and insulation, and the interior should have a suspended ceiling. A record book for the entry and exit of test specimens (see Appendix 2 for the record format) and a record book for temperature and humidity should be hung on the wall at the entrance of the standard curing room.
(2) The standard curing room is equipped with fully automatic temperature and humidity equipment and air conditioning. The air conditioning computer motherboard should be installed outdoors and properly sealed. Spray device should be used indoors. When spray device is used, it should be two humidifiers. If it is more than 30m2, it should be added to three humidifiers, one for every additional 10m2. The motherboard of the air conditioning computer should be sealed.
(3) The maintenance room should be sealed and airtight, and equipped with waterproof door curtains.
(4) Two temperature and humidity meters should be installed in the maintenance room, suspended on the diagonal walls of the room. The temperature and humidity meters should be of the dry wet bulb type. The temperature and humidity meter should be regularly filled with water and ensure that all testing personnel can accurately use the temperature and relative humidity meter to read the temperature and relative humidity.
(5) A circular sink should be installed on the ground to facilitate the discharge of indoor water to the outside. The cross-sectional size of the sink is 8cm wide by 5cm deep.
(6) The specimen curing frame should have a certain degree of rigidity (it is recommended to use 4 × 4mm angle steel), and each curing frame should be numbered.
(7) Operating procedures to be posted: Fully automatic temperature control equipment.
2.6 Geotechnical Room
(1) The compaction instrument should be fixed on a cement concrete base of 10cm or more with expansion screws.
(2) The stress ring used for unconfined strength testing should provide a regression equation and correlation coefficient (the correlation coefficient should not be less than 0.9997), which should be signed and reviewed by the authorized person in charge before being posted on the wall. (4) Operating procedures to be posted: Automatic compaction instrument, road strength tester, liquid plastic limit tester, oven, electric demoulder.
2.7 Chemical Analysis Room
(1) An air conditioner with appropriate power should be equipped.
(2) The analytical balance should be placed on a separate platform to avoid direct sunlight, away from heat sources and air conditioning vents, and a desiccant should be placed inside the balance.
(3) Vaseline should be applied to the cover of the dryer, and if the color of the desiccant changes, it should be replaced immediately or dehydrated.
(4) Strong alkaline reagents must be stored in polyethylene drums. (5) Chemical reagents should be clearly labeled, and a ledger for purchasing, receiving, and preparing chemical reagents, as well as a ledger for calibrating standard solutions, should be established. Reagent label format: 5cm in length and 5cm in width, with black text on a white background. If a standard solution is prepared, it needs to be calibrated eight times by two people before its concentration can be used as the standard solution.
(6) Waste reagents and detection waste liquids should be collected and treated in waste liquid tanks, and should not be dumped at will.
(7) Instrument operating procedures to be posted: analytical balance, electronic balance.
2.8 Asphalt Chamber
(1) An air conditioner with appropriate power should be equipped.
(2) The three needles used for penetration testing should be separately "calibrated/calibrated".
(3) Softening point steel balls should be stored in kerosene separated from air when not in use to prevent rust and corrosion. Longhui Instrument

2.9 Asphalt mixture room
(1) At least two ovens should be equipped.
(2) The stability and flow value of the Marshall stability meter should be separately verified/calibrated. (3) The Marshall electric compaction instrument should be fixed on a cement concrete base of more than 10cm with expansion screws.
(4) The asphalt mixture room should be separated from a separate extraction test site.
(5) Instrument operating procedures to be posted: Marshall electric compaction instrument, Marshall stability meter, maximum theoretical density meter, oven, constant temperature water bath, asphalt extractor.
2.10 On site testing room
(1) The layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, with one shelf (cabinet) set up for easy storage of instruments. (2) Establish an inventory ledger for instruments.

9、 Data management
1. The construction site laboratory should classify and file relevant information for easy management and retrieval. The format of the test and inspection report and record must be uniformly in accordance with the regulations of the highway industry in Jiangsu Province, and comply with the requirements of the "Guidelines for the Compilation of Highway Test and Inspection Data Reports" (JT/T828-2012).
2. The test and inspection report is classified and numbered in the form of serial numbers on a monthly or yearly basis.
3. Test personnel should fill in the original test records in a timely manner according to regulations. The original records should be uniformly filled in with a black pen, ensuring standardized filling and clear handwriting. The original data was recorded at that time and cannot be filled in collectively.
4. The construction site laboratory should establish records for raw material entry and testing/inspection, standard testing, chemical reagent preparation, unqualified testing, outsourced testing, samples and retained samples (see attached table for the format of the records); Ledger management should have clear division of labor and individual responsibilities; The ledger should have a unified format, and the filling and statistics should be timely and standardized.
5. After the unqualified test report, it should be accompanied by instructions or rectification reports for the handling of unqualified raw materials, structures, etc., and necessary audiovisual materials.
6. The construction site laboratory should pay attention to collecting quality inspection pictures and image data of concealed works and key parts, and timely organize and archive them.
7. The construction site laboratory should handle the receipt, registration, and circulation of documents in accordance with relevant requirements.
8. Backup and save electronic documents of materials on a monthly basis.
10、 Sample management
1. Samples entering the construction site laboratory should first fill out the sample ledger (see Appendix 8). 2. Materials and samples should be labeled with * * symbols, with white background and black letters measuring 6cm in length and 6cm in width. Samples in barrels and bottles should be directly pasted on the front, while samples in bags should be directly pasted on hard boards of the same size and then tied to the bag mouth with thin wire, or placed in transparent plastic clips and directly clamped on the bag.
3. The samples that need to be retained should be sealed. Sample retention records and sample processing records are required (see Appendix 9 for format). The seal content should include: sample name, sample specifications, sample number, retention time, retention period, and retention personnel.
4. Cement samples should be stored in food bags sealed with cement before being placed in a sealable sample cylinder, and sealed with a seal.
5. The identification of concrete specimens shall be engraved on the surface of the specimens with iron wire or steel nails after the final plastering, and the content shall include the name of the structure (which can be a letter code), strength grade, component location, and production date.

12、 Safety and environmental protection measures
1. The construction site laboratory must be equipped with effective fire extinguishers and sand boxes, which should be reasonably distributed outside each functional room. The hanging height of the fire extinguishers should be 130cm above the ground
2. The experimental office should be equipped with anti-theft facilities, and computers should be protected with passwords to prevent theft of computers and data, which can cause loss of experimental data.
3. If the laboratory building is a self built color steel plate house, reinforcement measures should be taken.
4. The laboratory should have independent power lines, and leakage protectors should be installed separately in the main switch, mechanical room, and standard maintenance room. Ovens, presses, testing machines, mixers, etc. should use circuit breakers instead of sockets. There shall be no exposed wires in the laboratory.
5. The laboratory should establish a hazardous material management system. Toxic, harmful, and flammable materials should be stored in designated areas, equipped with lockable cabinets, and implemented with a dual person dual control system; There should be records of the entry and exit of dangerous goods, reflecting information such as the quantity received and the whereabouts of residual reagents.
A ledger for the recycling of toxic waste and liquid waste should be established (see Appendix 10), and professional suppliers should recycle them and keep records of the recycling process.
6. When conducting toxic or corrosive tests on asphalt, chemicals, etc., protective equipment should be worn to strengthen the safety protection of operators. Mechanical forced ventilation facilities should be installed in the chemical room, asphalt room, and asphalt mixture room.
7. Testing machines and pressure machines should be equipped with metal protective nets, and the size of the wire should not exceed 1cm × 1cm. The protective net should ensure safety, facilitate operation, and be aesthetically pleasing.
8. The ordinary waste generated in the laboratory should be classified and stacked uniformly, and disposed of in a timely manner. 9. The laboratory area should have safety warning signs, and environmental factors such as lighting, ventilation, noise, vibration, dust, and radiation should be considered when establishing them.
13、 Requirements for temperature and humidity control in laboratory environment (I) Cement testing
1. Measurement of specific surface area of cement: The relative humidity in the laboratory should not exceed 50%. 2. Strength test of cement mortar:
(1) The temperature of the specimen forming laboratory should be maintained at 20 ℃± 2 ℃, and the relative humidity should not be lower than 50%.
(2) The temperature of the curing box or fog chamber with mold curing for the test specimen should be maintained at 20 ℃± 1 ℃, and the relative humidity should not be lower than 90%.
(3) The temperature of the water in the specimen curing pool should be within the range of 20 ℃± 1 ℃. 3. Cement standard consistency water consumption, setting time, and stability testing: (1) The laboratory temperature should be 20 ℃± 2 ℃, and the relative humidity should not be less than 50%; The temperature of cement samples, mixing water, instruments, and tools should be consistent with the laboratory temperature.
(2) The temperature of the moisture curing box is 20 ℃± 1 ℃, and the relative humidity is not less than 90%. (2) Cement concrete test
Preparation of cement concrete specimens and on-site sampling and curing of hardened cement concrete: 1. After the specimens are formed, cover the surface with a damp cloth (or other methods to maintain humidity), let them stand at room temperature of 20 ℃± 5 ℃ and relative humidity greater than 50% for one to two days and nights, then remove the mold and conduct * visual inspections and numbering. Defective specimens should be removed or manually leveled.
2. Place intact specimens in the curing room for curing, with a standard curing temperature of 20 ℃± 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of over 95%. The distance between specimens should be at least 10-20mm, and a layer of water film should be maintained on the surface of the specimens, avoiding direct rinsing with water.
(3) Unconfined compressive strength test of inorganic binder stabilized soil
After the specimen is removed from the test mold and weighed, it should be immediately placed in a sealed humidity chamber and a constant temperature room for insulation, moisture retention, and health preservation. But the medium and large specimens should be wrapped with plastic film first. When conditions permit, wax sealing can be used for moisturizing and health preservation. The duration of health preservation depends on the needs, and as a construction site control, it is usually only taken for 7 days. The temperature during the entire health preservation period should be maintained at 20 ℃± 2 ℃, with a relative humidity of over 95%.
(4) Reinforcement (including joints) test
Unless otherwise specified, the test is generally conducted within the range of 10 ℃ to 35 ℃. For tests with strict temperature requirements, the test temperature should be 23 ℃± 5 ℃.
(5) Aggregate test
The test temperature should be 20 ℃± 5 ℃ (for water transportation engineering). (6) Asphalt test
Most asphalt raw material tests have temperature requirements. In order to conduct asphalt tests under constant temperature conditions as much as possible and ensure the accuracy of test results, it is necessary to effectively control the test environment. Cold and hot air conditioning should be installed in the asphalt chamber.
(7) Chemical Analysis Room
If equipped with an analytical balance, it is necessary to install cold and hot air conditioning. 14、 Other requirements
1. The construction site laboratory should strengthen quality control and management to ensure standardized and effective testing activities, and objective and accurate testing data. It is strictly prohibited to fabricate false data, records, and reports, and it is strictly prohibited to sign test and inspection reports on behalf of others.
2. The construction site laboratory should strengthen the management of outsourced testing. Testing projects and parameters beyond the authorized scope of the parent testing agency should be outsourced, and outsourced testing should be reported to the project construction unit. The construction site laboratory should keep copies of the relevant certificates of the testing institutions that accept outsourced testing on file for future reference. The sampling and delivery process of outsourced testing should be witnessed. Engineering construction project
The construction, supervision units, and testing agencies in the same contract section shall not entrust outsourced testing to the same testing agency.
3. The parent testing agency should regularly inspect and guide the authorized construction site laboratory to ensure that the authorization work is standardized and effective. The inspection process should be recorded, and the inspection results should be implemented and feedback provided.
4. The construction site laboratory should actively strengthen the informationization construction of testing and inspection. According to the requirements of engineering construction management, under the unified deployment of the project quality supervision agency or project construction unit, an information management platform for testing and inspection should be established. The platform construction should meet the functions of remote video monitoring, automatic collection of testing data, uploading and sharing of reporting resources, and curbing data fraud. Efforts will be made to improve the management level of construction site laboratories and ensure the quality of testing and inspection work.
